Robert A. Wampler
Attorney at Law
Robert Wampler has been practicing law in Memphis, Tennessee since 1972. He received his B.B.A from the University of Memphis in 1969 and his Juris Doctorate in 1972. He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1980 and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1983.Mr. Wampler’s primary area of practice is in the area of family law, contract and insurance litigation. He also practices Criminal Law in both state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice the State of Tennessee, State of Mississippi, Federal Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Wampler is also a part time prosecutor in the Olive Branch Municipal Court and a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. He has served on various committees with the Memphis Bar Association and has served as legal advisor to the Mississippi Wing of the Civil Air Patrol.

Tillman ("Tim") C. Carroll

Tillman C. Carrol is a practicing lawyer in Memphis and is of counsel with the law firm of Wampler & Pierce, P.C. He has practiced primarily in the areas of probate, estate and trust matters, estate planning and taxation for over 43 years. He received his bachelor of business administration (BBA) degree in economics and accounting in 1970 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) in 1973, both from the University of Memphis. He is also a licensed certified public accountant (CPA, inactive) in Tennessee. Mr. Carroll is admitted to practice in: Tennessee (1973); U.S. Tax Court (1978); U.S. Claims Court (1978); and U.S. Supreme Court (1979).
Mr. Carroll and his wife, the former Jane Campbell Wadlington, recently celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary. His interests include scuba diving (he is a retired-status open water scuba instructor-
PADA and SSI), fishing and general aviation as an instrument rated private pilot. He is an active member of the Mississippi Wing of the Civil Air Patrol/U.S. Air Force Auxiliary, holding the rank of full colonel. Colonel Carroll has served CAP continuously as a senior member in good standing for over 22 years, and served as Mississippi Wing Commander from April 2007 through December 2010. He now served as the Wing Legal Officer and Director of Finance.

Preston Wilson

Preston Wilson has been practicing law in Memphis since 1978. Preston's practice is concentrated in the areas of probate, estate planning, business law, bankruptcy and asset protection. His extensive experience in consumer and business bankruptcy law, including twelve years as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee, enhances his estate planning and business law expertise by giving him greater insight into asset protection strategies, a major concern of many estate planning and business clients.
Preston is enrolled to practice in all Tennessee courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Mississippi, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth, and Eleventh Circuits. He was a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps from 1974 to 1977. He is married to Betsy, who practices Social Security disability law, and has three grown children, only one of whom went to law school.

J. Luke Sanderson

Luke Sanderson is an associate attorney with the law firm of Wampler & Pierce, P.C. and graduated from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. While attending law school, Mr. Sanderson also earned his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Law, magna cum laude. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Memphis, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
He moved to Memphis in 2009 from Union City, Tennessee, to attend the University of Memphis. While in college, he was a member and served on the executive board of the Zeta Rho Chapter of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. He was also graduate of the Nexus Mentoring Program as a protégé. Mr. Sanderson is an avid outdoorsman and conservationist, and is a member of Ducks Unlimited and the National Wild Turkey Federation.

Brittany Nelson Campbell
Paralegal
Brittany clerked with Wampler & Pierce, P.C. since 2014 while obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies. She became a Paralegal for Wampler & Pierce, P.C. in 2017. Since that time, she has continued her education at Liberty University to receive a Juris Masters degree in Law.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a Probation Officer in Mississippi for six years. There, she gained knowledge and experience in criminal, courtroom, and trial procedures as well as legal drafting. She is also a notary public in Shelby County, a member of the Mississippi Paralegal Association, and board member of Horseshoe Lake Surf Club.

Randall W. Pierce
Retired
Randall Pierce attended Southeast Missouri State University and graduated with B.S. in 1968. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis in 1974 and has been admitted into the Tennessee Bar since that time. He was later admitted into the Mississippi Bar in 1983 and the Supreme Court in 1991. Randall Pierce retired from law in 2015.
